Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Influtone Media ( a devision of Soiltone Pvt Ltd). This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and payments related to campaigns and services.

1. General Policy
All payments made to Influtone Media are subject to the terms agreed at the time of campaign confirmation. By proceeding with our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation by Brand
* If the Brand cancels a campaign before execution
* Partial refund may be provided after deducting:
* Management fees
* Any work already completed
* If the campaign is cancelled after influencer confirmation or content creation
* No refund will be applicable
* Influencer cost may still be charged

3. Cancellation by Influencer
* If an Influencer fails to deliver content within the agreed timeline:
* The campaign may be cancelled
* No payment will be made to the Influencer
* Repeated cancellations may result in:
* Account suspension or removal

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if applicable) will be considered only in the following cases:
* Campaign not initiated due to fault from Influtone Media
* Service not delivered as agreed
Note:Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided in the following situations:
* Change of mind after campaign approval
* Delay caused by Brand or Influencer
* Content rejection due to not following guidelines
* Partial completion of services

6. Payment Terms
* All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise
* Payments once processed are generally non-refundable
* Any applicable taxes will not be refunded

7. Processing Time
* Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–15 working days
* Refund will be credited via the original payment method or mutually agreed mode

8. Disputes
* In case of any dispute, Influtone Media reserves the right to make the final decision based on work completed and agreement terms
