For Influencers
Welcome to Influtone Media ( devision of Soiltone Pvt Ltd). By registering or participating in campaigns, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
* You must be at least 18 years old
* You must provide accurate personal and social media details

2. Profile Information
* All details including followers, reach, and engagement must be genuine
* Any fake or misleading information may lead to removal from the platform

3. Campaign Selection
* Influencer selection is based on Brand and Influtone Media’s discretion
* Selection decisions are final

4. Content Guidelines
* Content must follow the brand brief and timeline
* Content should not harm the brand’s reputation
* Mandatory disclosure: “Ad with Influtone Media” or “Sponsored with Influtone Media”

5. Approval & Revisions
* Content may require approval before or after posting
* If rejected, you may be asked to edit or remove it
* No payment will be made for unapproved content

6. Payments
* Payment will be processed only after:
* Content is live
* Approval is received
* Analytics are shared within 7 days
* Payment timeline: 3–4 weeks
* Payment modes:
* Bank Transfer
* Vouchers (if agreed)

7. Taxes
* You are responsible for your own taxes
* TDS will be deducted as applicable
* PAN details may be required

8. Data Authenticity
* Fake engagement, bots, or manipulated data are strictly prohibited
* Violation may lead to:

* No payment
* Account suspension

9. Conflict of Interest
* Do not participate in campaigns involving:
* Competitor brands
* Your employer
* Any conflicting interest

10. Direct Brand Deal

* You cannot directly collaborate with brands introduced by Influtone Media
* Violation may lead to removal from future campaigns

11. Termination
* Influtone Media reserves the right to remove any influencer for policy violations

For Brands
By working with Influtone Media, you agree to the following:

1. Campaign Information
* Provide accurate and complete details about your product/service
* Clearly define deliverables and timelines

2. Payments
* Release agreed campaign budget and fees on time
* Influencer payments will be handled by Influtone Media

3. Fair Practices
* Do not provide misleading or false information
* Respect agreed campaign terms

4. Disputes
* Influtone Media reserves the right to process influencer payments if deliverables are completed

5. Taxes
* All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Brand
